BSA Goochland Troop 710 will hosted a spaghetti dinner and auction on Saturday, March 9th, 2024 at the Cub Adventure Camp Dining Hall (1723 Maidens Road, Maidens, VA). 

Old information to be used next year...

Doors open at 5:00PM. Dinner will be served from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Live music by Michael Melvin runs from 5:30 to 6:30. The live auction will begin at 6:30 PM. The meal will consist of spaghetti with homemade sauce, grated cheese, salad with choice of dressing, bread, beverage, and dessert. Tickets are $15 per adult and $8 for children 12 and under. Children three and under were free. This is the Troop’s main fundraiser for the year with all funds supporting equipment, programs and supplies. 

Troop 710 is Goochland’s only Troop serving both young men and young women in Goochland and the surrounding area. The girl's troop and the boy's Troop operate independently of one another which includes leadership and activities. Both troops are scout led. In 2021, Scouts camped over 35 nights, backpacked over 100 miles, hiked,  paddled, climbed, and biked in 11 states including Virginia. Along the way they performed  hundreds of hours of community service and learned valuable life skills.
